Staying with us 💞 During your stay we provide you with 24-hour support to assist you during your holiday, led by an experienced and caring team of professional staff. All members of our team are DBS checked and have a wealth of expertise working with adults with disabilities who are away from their home environment. All our holidays are catered to your specific needs and abilities, our job is to ensure you have the best experience possible.
What separates us from other larger companies is that we are very authentic, person centred, providing that personal touch as if your loved one was coming to stay with extended family.
As well as understanding and applying care plans, we liaise with family and carers prior to a customer's stay, to gain a good understanding of their loved ones wants and needs.
This allows our team to build a good knowledge of our guests before they holiday with us, which helps to decrease any anxieties they may have about staying somewhere new.
Mount Snowdon
